At DOMINO, we take pride in ensuring your order arrives quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $5.00 (3–7 business days)
  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $50
  • Expedited Shipping: Available upon request—contact support@truedomino.com for a custom quote

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, and carrier delays outside our control.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS standard delivery.

International Shipping

At this time, DOMINO ships only within the United States. We look forward to expanding international shipping options soon.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@truedomino.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll help file a carrier claim or send a replacement when appropriate.
