DOMINO Refund & Return Policy

We hope you love every moment of your Domino experience. Each product is crafted with care and held to the highest standards in skincare safety and luxury. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help make it right.
1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted for eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund:
- Items must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.
If your item meets these conditions, we’ll offer a refund to your original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened, used, or tampered skincare products
- Limited-edition items, sampler kits, or bundled gift sets (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
- Final-sale or promotional items
- Gift cards or digital vouchers
Exceptions are only made when a product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@truedomino.com.
- Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or immediate replacement—at no cost to you.
We will gladly replace or refund the affected item, including any applicable shipping charges.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or sent in error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
- Domino is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, posting times may vary.
If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may issue store credit or return the product to you.
7. International Orders
- Return shipping and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are issued in USD and may fluctuate slightly due to exchange rates.
- We currently offer store credit only for international returns unless the product was defective.
